  2. Shipping Methods and Carriers: a. For domestic orders we offer USPS First-Class Mail . b. For International orders we offer USPS First-Class International  c. The shipping cost for your order will be determined based on various factors, including the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

  3. Shipping Rates: a. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. b. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing the order. c. Additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes, may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Delivery Timeframes: a. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process based on the shipping method and destination. b. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Order Tracking: a. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or through your account on our website. b. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the respective shipping carrier's website.

  6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages: a. In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, refused delivery, or unclaimed within a specified time period, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment or package retrieval. b. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to arrange for reshipment or provide a refund, excluding the original shipping charges.

  7. Lost or Damaged Packages: a. We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, but in rare cases, packages may be lost or damaged during transit. b. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. c. In the event of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and assist you in every possible way to locate or replace your order.

  8. International Shipping: a. We offer international shipping to select countries. However, please note that customs regulations, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and vary by destination. b. The customer is responsible for complying with their country's customs laws and regulations and for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

  9. Changes to Shipping Policy: a. We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. b. The updated version will be effective as of the date stated at the top of the policy. c. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No exchanges or refunds are available. All sales are final. Instances of customers not getting their orders, receiving damaged items, or items not matching their order/description will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
